Had to be home early today so just went to Chase for some gusty inland sailing. It looked a bit bleak when I arrived but still rigged the 8.5 and stoke. Pretty much up and down for a while, just riding the gusts. Gusts started ot get stronger and stronger and soon the 8.5 was a bit much. Decided to rig the 7.0 and head out on the sonic. Greta decision as Wind wind kicked in for a bit although rather gusty. Managed 29.5 knots on the GPS which is not bad considering the gustyness and short reaches. The best part was the board felt as though it plenty more to give. Not bad for an inland session
